Alive Hospice offering Murfreesboro grief support group for adults
Alive Hospice is offering a grief support group for adults beginning Tuesday, March 28 in Murfreesboro. Anyone in the community who has been touched by the loss of a loved one is encouraged to join this eight-week support group, which will meet on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 to 7 p.m. For more information or to register, call 615-346-8680.
The support group will be facilitated by Pam Quaintance, LCSW, one of Alive Hospice’s Murfreesboro grief counselors with many years of experience providing support for families who have experienced various kinds of losses. The group will meet at Alive Hospice’s office located in the Stone Gate Corprorate Plaza, 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 202 (across the street from Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital). There is a cost of $40 per group member, but this fee may be waived due to financial need so that everyone who needs this support may receive it, regardless of ability to pay. The group runs through Tuesday, May 19.
