Another Broken Egg, MAC Gym 2.0, Weekend Events and More in Middle Tennessee

John and Jen are back with another packed episode covering what’s happening around Murfreesboro, Rutherford County and Middle Tennessee.

This week, we’re talking about the newly opened Another Broken Egg Cafe at The Avenue Murfreesboro and some of our favorite dishes from our visit. We also have a big update from Avalon Gym, which is returning to its roots as the Murfreesboro Athletic Club, or as we like to call it, MAC 2.0. The new ownership is making renovations, bringing childcare back and offering recovery services including cryotherapy and red light therapy.

We also recap our recent conversation with La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole and some of the major growth, development, road construction and infrastructure projects happening throughout La Vergne.
