Buford Thomas “Tommy” Perry, Jr. obituary

Mr. Buford Thomas “Tommy” Perry, Jr., age 61, of Smyrna, TN passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021. He was born in Nashville, TN to the late Buford Thomas, Sr. and Mary Sue Rushing Perry. Tommy worked servicing lubricators and as a machinist in a machine shop. He enjoyed listening to music by Lynyrd Skynyrd and Bob Seger.

Tommy is survived by his brother, Gregory Dale Perry of Murfreesboro, TN; aunt, Betty McLain of Smyrna; uncles, Roy Perry of Murfreesboro and Donnie Perry of Smyrna; nephew and niece, Cameron and Madeline Perry; dear friends, Butch Puckett and Gary Swader; and several cousins.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 12:00noon until 1:30pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Graveside services will be held Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 2:00pm at Mapleview Cemetery.
