Catalina Flores-Garcia Obituary
Mrs. Catalina Flores-Garcia, age 68, of LaVergne, TN passed away Friday, August 16, 2024. She was born in El Salvador to the late Candelario Flores and Cenon Garcia. Catalina was a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church. She was a homemaker to her family. Catalina was the glue that held her family together. She had a good heart and was supportive of all they did.
Catalina is survived by her children, Olga Flores and her husband Victor Flores, Maria Flores and her husband Carlos Velasquez, Martir Flores and his wife Sonia Villatoro, Sara Flores and her husband Geovani Velasquez, Griselda Flores and her husband Jaime Rodriguez, Heybi Flores and her husband Ovel Bonilla, Zulema Flores and her husband Jose Flores, Douglas Flores and his wife Celina Espinal, and Jacky Flores; 26 grandchildren; two sisters; three brothers; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 12:00noon at St. Luke’s Catholic Church. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, August 24, 2024 until 7:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will take place Sunday, August 25, 2024 at 11:00am in Mapleview Cemetery.
