Chris Garrett joins ownership team at Weichert, Realtors – The Andrews Group
The Andrews Group, located in Nashville and Murfreesboro, is pleased to announce that Chris Garrett has become the newest partner of the Tennessee-based real estate company.
Garrett previously served as the principal broker at the Weichert® affiliate’s Murfreesboro office, a position he will continue to hold.

Garrett joins Tom and Mickie Andrews as owners of Weichert, Realtors® – The Andrews Group, which joined the Weichert national franchise system in 2008 with a single office Nashville.
Years of continued growth allowed the company to open a second office in Murfreesboro in 2014 and position them as one of the top producing Weichert affiliated companies in the nation.
“It’s an honor to take an ownership position at a company that I love and be a part of the company’s future growth,” said Garret. “Accepting this larger role within the company allows me to use my years of real estate experience to help take our agents and brokerage to the next level.”
In addition to being named a new owner, Garrett also serves as the chair of the government affairs committee for the Tennessee Association of Realtors. Garrett is also a past president of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors.
“Chris’ insight and knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market is an invaluable asset for both our office and clients,” said the company’s other co-owner, Mickie Andrews. “We’re thrilled to start this new chapter at our company with Chris as our partner.”
Garrett earned his Tennessee real estate license in 2005, the same year he started working at Century 21. He joined Weichert, Realtors® – The Andrews Group in 2016 as a principal broker.
Garrett is a Tennessee native who grew up in Smyrna. He currently lives with wife, Carrie, their two children, and three dogs, in Murfreesboro.
