City Auto Mitsubishi donating cars to drivers education program
In a unique partnership, Murfreesboro-based City Auto Mitsubishi and Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. will hand over the keys to two new Mitsubishi SUVs to Rutherford County Schools.
The event will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 27, 2025, at City Auto Mitsubishi, 1015 Bridge Avenue in Murfreesboro.
Members of the media are invited to attend and meet some of the students and school representatives who will benefit from the donation.
The donated vehicles are a 2024 Outlander Plug-in Hybrid and a 2024 Eclipse Cross.
These two vehicles will be used in RCS’ in-school driver-training program, which offers a mix of classroom and in-car learning, all to help develop better, safer, and more road-aware young drivers.
