Del Webb Southern Harmony Community Ribbon Cutting

Murfreesboro’s vibrant 55+ active adult community, Del Webb Southern Harmony, celebrated the grand opening of its brand-new amenity center. Homeowners and community members were invited to an open house to explore the state-of-the-art facilities designed to enhance active adult living.

Guests had the opportunity to tour the newly completed spaces, including an indoor pool, fitness studio, aerobics studio, and ballroom. Construction on the amenity center began in the fall of 2024, coinciding with the community’s opening. Today, Del Webb Southern Harmony is home to nearly 300 residents, with 205 homes sold, offering an active, engaging lifestyle in a vibrant Murfreesboro neighborhood.
