Chinese Exhibition Opening Reception & Hands-on Workshop

Murfreesboro Festival of Chinese Arts will present an exhibition of Chinese brush painting and calligraphy at the Center for the Arts located in downtown Murfreeboro. The exhibition opens at 7:00 P.M January 30th. Dr. Nan Liu, associate professor at Florida A&M University, will introduce traditional Chinese brush painting. Dr. Liu is an accomplished artist who uses bold strokes in his Chinese brush painting, calligraphy, still life and portrait paintings. Join us as he leads a family friendly workshop on Chinese brush paintings and calligraphy!
