Millcreek Tap Takeover-Rescheduled

Millcreek Brewing started with a guy wanting to make beer that his whole family could enjoy. Who know that it would become this incredible brewery right down the road from us. They started with just this one beer and have grown to included what we will be featuring today. We will of course have their flagship beer that started it all, Lil Darlin Citrus Wheat. It is meant to entice even the non-craft beer drinking in the family. Since making that easy drinker they have moved on to some of their heavy hitters including the Double IPA and the Dark Strong. Both of these are the first in high gravity that they have made. The Double IPA Batch #1 is 7.0% ABV and 80 IBUs. With 4 different hops that make for a complex and balanced beer each individual hop has its own moment to shine on your palate which leads to a very satisfying beer. The Dark Strong Batch #1 is a Belgian strong dark ale. It is just what you are looking for in these cold winter months. With a ABV of 8.0% it will have you feeling warm and toasty from the inside. It has some slight Belgian notes but a pleasant roasty quality for the finish. The last one that we are featuring is their Winter seasonal called Wishing Well which is a coffee oatmeal stout. They have partnered up with the Well Coffee shop to make this beer. The coffee shop is a non-profit that builds wells in third world countries. Millcreek has decided to give all proceeds from this beer to the charity. Not only is it a delicious beer but is helping people around the world.

These are the 4 beers that we are featuring. We will also have FREE swag while supplies last and of course there will be drawings for prizes. Come early to grab a spot at the bar. Don’t forget that we allow outside food so get a burger or have a pizza delivered.
