Murfreesboro Old Time Jam at Mayday Brewery

Come one, come all to this weeks installment of the Murfreesboro Old Time Jam. This has become the community event of the year, and has grown with great musicians and dancers every week. Players of all levels are invited to bring your acoustic instrument (no drums) to join in the old time jam, an all inclusive event for all ages. Learn how to play old time music and how to jam with others at this event. The focus is on pre WW2 old time string band, jug band, and country blues music. Heavy emphasis on old time string band.
