Mental Health Cooperative (MHC), the long-standing Tennessee nonprofit specializing in community-based, person-centered behavioral health care since 1993, recently opened a brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Murfreesboro at 1632 Gateway Boulevard as of August 2025. This new site, established following the groundbreaking in mid-2024, aims to expand access to comprehensive services including psychiatry, psychotherapy, substance use and emergency psychiatric care for individuals across all age groups, particularly serving those under TennCare or without insurance.
