Mid TN Volleyball Club and Town of Smyrna to Support Light Up the Night for Janae Edmondson

Mid TN Volleyball Club and The Town of Smyrna are pleased to support The Light Up the Night for Janae Edmondson Benefit on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 beginning at 6p.m. in the Smyrna High School gymnasium.

The benefit will honor Janae Edmondson, a student at Smyrna High School and a member of the Mid TN Volleyball Club that was critically injured last month in St. Louis. “We are thankful to report that her condition, though serious, is now stable. We at MIDTN Volleyball Club are asking our community to pray for Janae, her family and teammates” noted Rhonda Ross, Mid TN Club Director. Smyrna Mayor Mary Esther Reed stated, “Janae is facing a long road to recovery and we want to sustain her through her journey. I encourage our community to attend the benefit and continue to support Janae and her family during this time.”

On April 5th we encourage supporters to wear purple and businesses in the area to light their business in purple in support of Janae. Please share a photo on social media using the hashtag #LightUptheNight4Janae.
