Missing Teen Devellion Shodel Crutcher
Devellion Shodel Crutcher, 15, was last seen on Nov. 19, 2023, around the Landmark Apts. on S. Rutherford Blvd. Crutcher was wearing khaki shorts, black sweatshirt, and black & purple Jordan’s.
