• Floor & Decor – Opening October 9th
• Valvoline – Expected opening November 17th (possibly sooner!)
• Freddy’s Steakburgers & Custard – Construction starting early 2026
• Perkins Motorplex – New dealership coming soon
• Living Spaces – California-based furniture company planning a new location
