New Retail Construction Update on Lascassas Pike

Quick construction update from Lascassas Pike (Old 96) right here in Murfreesboro. Despite the cold and unexpected snow, we’re taking a look at a new development happening across from Sonic and near Kroger.

The slab is already in place, and based on site plans, this project will include four separate retail spaces. There’s been a lot of curiosity about what businesses might be moving in, but as of now, nothing has been officially confirmed.

There is a rumor floating around that a Subway could be coming to this location. However, with an existing Subway directly across the street, it could potentially be a relocation if that turns out to be true. Still working to verify that information.
