New Retail Development Update on Memorial Blvd Featuring Redstone Federal Credit Union
Here is a new construction update on the retail development along Memorial Boulevard near Osborne Lane in Murfreesboro.
Several months ago we shared an early update on this project, and now there has been significant progress. The development will include multiple retail and business spaces, with Redstone Federal Credit Union confirmed as the first tenant.
Redstone Federal Credit Union will occupy the far end of the building and will include a drive thru for convenient banking access. The development will feature multiple entrances and exits, including access points from Memorial Boulevard and Osborne Lane, making it easy for customers to reach the businesses located here.
The front building will include seven total spaces, with Redstone taking one of those units. The rear building will include seven additional spaces, bringing the total number of available business locations in this development to fourteen.
At the moment, Redstone Federal Credit Union is the only confirmed tenant, meaning there are still several opportunities available for businesses looking to open a new location in Murfreesboro.
