New Townhome Community Coming to Murfreesboro – Walter Hill Crossings

Hey everyone! It’s a beautiful day here in Murfreesboro, and we’ve got an exciting construction update for you. A lot of people have been asking about what’s happening at the corner of Lebanon Pike (231) and Central Valley Road, and here’s the scoop!

This area is being developed into a brand new community called The Crossings at Walter Hill (or Walter Hill Crossings). The project will feature townhomes and single-family homes, plus a large pond and open green space where the step system will be located. There’s also a commercial lot on the corner that could eventually become a bank, gas station, or other retail spot.
