NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that separate Public Hearings before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, April 12, 2018, beginning at 7:00 o’clock p.m. for the purpose of considering Resolution 18-R-PS-08, Resolution 18-R-A-08, and Ordinance 18-OZ-08 for (1) the proposed Plan of Services for and annexation of the territory identified on the attached map as “Area to be Annexed” and (2) zoning for the territory identified on the attached map as “Area to be Zoned PUD,” which territory adjoins the present corporate boundaries of the City. Copies of the proposed Plan of Services are on file with the Planning Director of the City of Murfreesboro on the 2nd floor of City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee; with the Public Service Desk on the 2nd floor of the Linebaugh Public Library, 105 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and, at the Front Desk of the Murfreesboro Water & Sewer Annex, 220 NW Broad Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
