Autumn in the Oaks: Educational Field Day
Space is limited and this event is filling quickly.
Spend your fall field day on the grounds of the elegant Oaklands Mansion. Under the beautiful leaves of fall, plantation activities such as clothes washing, butter churning, quill writing and rug beating will be explored, as students learn to appreciate the work and fruits of harvest. Explore the science, nature, history and art of the season through this experience designed to enhance your classroom curriculum and inspire an appreciation of our local history.
Join us 9am-1pm with admission $5 per person.
