Polar Bear Plunge 2024 Info and Registration

The 2024 Polar Bear Plunge at SportsCom in Murfreesboro is January 6th at 10am. I tested out the water and it’s FREEZING!!!

The doors open at 8:30am with kids games and entertainment in the gym as well as on the spot registration will be available. The indoor pool, which is heated to 85 degrees, will also be open after the cold plunge until 11:30am to help warm up.

The Polar Bear Plunge doubles as a fundraiser for Special Olympics. All money raised through registrations and donations goes to the local chapter for Special Olympics.
