Prospective Students Invited to MTSU’s True Blue Preview Days
Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) will welcome hundreds of prospective students and their families this fall for its True Blue Preview events. The first is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 13, with another on Saturday, Nov. 1. To register for the free events in advance, visit www.mtsu.edu/rsvp.
Preview days begin at 9 a.m. in the Student Union and conclude midafternoon. “We’re so excited to have prospective students and their families on campus,” said Laurie Witherow, vice provost for enrollment management. “We believe that meeting faculty and advisors in person helps students decide to become Blue Raiders.”
As an added incentive, MTSU will waive the application fee during preview day application workshops. Students who cannot attend can still apply for free during Sept. 15–21 Free Application Week.
True Blue Preview events give high school and transfer students a full campus experience, including:
- Academic and departmental presentations
- Financial aid and scholarship information
- Special interest sessions tailored to students’ needs
- Access to student support services, including MT One Stop
Witherow will also highlight the Dec. 1 application deadline for guaranteed scholarships and remind high school juniors about the 2026 application deadline.
Additional MTSU preview opportunities include a spring preview day on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026, along with guided and self-guided campus tours throughout the year. For more information, call 615-898-5670 or email admissions@mtsu.edu.
MTSU offers over 300 undergraduate and graduate programs. Parking is available near the Student Services and Admissions Center at 1860 Blue Raider Drive, with daily parking passes provided for visitors.
