Retail Shops / Apartments Construction Update

Next to Just Love Coffee on Highway 96 headed towards Franklin is a new building under construction which is going to house a mixture of retail shops and apartments.  The lower half of the building will have six (6) retail shops while the upper half will have twelve (12) apartments for rent.  The retail shops have not been leased yet nor have the apartments.

When they’re available for tenants we’ll release more information.
