Stephanie Brackman Named 2026 TCCE Professional of the Year
The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that Stephanie Brackman, Chief Operating Officer of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce and Executive Director of Leadership Rutherford, has been named the 2026 Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives (TCCE) Professional of the Year.
The statewide award recognizes excellence in chamber leadership and honors professionals who demonstrate outstanding leadership, innovation, professionalism and commitment to their communities.
Brackman has dedicated 27 years to the Rutherford County Chamber, playing an integral role in the organization’s growth and success. As Chief Operating Officer, she contributes to the Chamber’s strategic planning and organizational leadership while overseeing membership and investor relations, volunteer and Diplomat engagement, sponsorship development and many of the Chamber’s signature events.
She also serves as the Executive Director of Leadership Rutherford, where her passion for leadership development and community engagement has helped connect generations of business, government, education and nonprofit leaders throughout Rutherford County.

Stephanie leads with professionalism, heart and a genuine desire to see others succeed, and we are incredibly proud to see her recognized by her peers across Tennessee.”
Brackman’s commitment to the chamber profession extends statewide. She has served on the TCCE Board of Directors and Executive Committee, including service as board chair, and has shared her experience with fellow chamber professionals through conferences, Institute programs and presentations.
Throughout her career, Brackman has built a reputation for bringing people together, developing future leaders and creating meaningful connections that strengthen both the business community and Rutherford County as a whole.
The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce congratulates Brackman on this well-deserved recognition and celebrates her continued leadership and service to the organization and community.
