The Center for the Arts is Pleased to Announce the Appointment of Several New Staff Members!
Breanna Roberson, Office Manager
Breanna Roberson will be graduating from Middle Tennessee State University this December 2017 with a degree in Organizational Communication and Not-for-Profit Management. During her time at MTSU, Breanna became a Blue Elite Tour Guide and a Visitors Services Specialist at The Discovery Center at Murfree Spring. She spent this past summer as a nonprofit management intern here at The Center for the Arts and she is very excited to be back now as Office Manager! Breanna begins her transition at The Center on November 29, 2017.
Zac Collins, Facility Manager
Zac Collins, recently appearing in Catch Me If You Can at The Center has performed, stage managed, and directed many shows in his 16 years of theatre. Notable roles Zac has been cast in include Mark in RENT, Ichabod Crane in The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Rufus P. Buckley in A Time to Kill, and Brad Majors in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Zac is excited to be the new Facility Manager at The Center and is an integral part of keeping the facility clean and beautiful! Zac began his position in September 2017.
Mark David Williams, Production Manager
Mark David Williams is a professional singer, vocal coach, and recording artist with 9 CDs and a DVD. As a Fine Arts Director at a large church, Mark directed over 15 shows, writing and producing several of them. He most recently appeared in lead roles in The Pirates of Penzance and Catch Me If You Can at The Center for the Arts. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge of singing and performing with the next generation. His children, Jude and Estella, are very involved at Center Stage Academy. Mark graduated from Belmont University with a degree in Commercial Music Voice. Mark began his new position in November 2017.
Kendall Plunk, Box Office Coordinator
Kendall Plunk is excited to be a part of the staff at The Center. She recently appeared in Catch Me If You Can at the Center; also appearing earlier in the season in Alice, a Wonder-Full New Musical, and Legally Blonde. She started performing in theater when she was eight years old with the Christian Youth Theater company based in San Diego, California. Some of her favorite productions include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and The Legend of Pocahontas. Kendall is an MTSU graduate with a BA in English. Kendall began her new position in November 2017.
Adrien Fitzwater, Box Office Coordinator
Adrien Fitzwater is very happy to be working at The Center for the Arts. He has loved the theater for quite some time and never would have dreamed he would have the privilege to work there. He started work at The Center as an intern in April 2017. Over the summer he was hired as a summer camp staff member, and in the fall, he became a Teaching Artist for the Minis (K-2) classes at Center Stage Academy. Adrien will also be taking on a position as a Box Office Coordinator. He loves his jobs and is very excited to continue working with the rest of the incredible staff. Adrien began his new position in November 2017 and he will be waiting for you at the box office and he can’t wait to see you!
