The Exchange Development coming soon behind Trader Joe’s

Big changes are coming to Murfreesboro! TDK Construction is getting ready to break ground on a brand-new mixed-use development called The Exchange, located at 2305 Exchange Drive, right behind Trader Joe’s near Robert Rose Drive.

This exciting project will feature both residential and commercial spaces, bringing new growth to the heart of Murfreesboro. The first confirmed tenant is Char Restaurant, a modern Southern dining spot known for its piano bar, award-winning wine list, private dining, and upscale menu. Char already has popular locations in Franklin and Green Hills, and the Murfreesboro location is expected to open in early 2027.
