Tracey Biles Joins Saint Thomas Health as New Vice President of Mission Integration for Rutherford & Regional Hospitals

Tracy Biles joins the leadership team of Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital and Saint Thomas Regional Hospitals which includes Saint Thomas Highlands, Saint Thomas DeKalb, Saint Thomas Stones River and Saint Thomas River Park. Biles will serve as Vice President of Mission Integration effective March 6, 2017.

Biles will be responsible for leading and promoting all areas of mission integration in these Saint Thomas Health hospitals, and will create and lead internal and external initiatives to shape strategy and culture within the mission, vision and values of Saint Thomas Health and Ascension. Saint Thomas Health is a part of Ascension, the nation’s largest Catholic and non-profit health system.

Biles joins Saint Thomas Health from Mercy in Ada, Oklahoma where she worked as Vice President, Mission. She also worked in the same position in Fort Scott, Kansas and Independence, Kansas. She completed her Master of Arts in Health Care Mission in 2016 at the Aquinas Institute of Theology in St. Louis, Missouri, and also holds a Master of Arts in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota at Winona, Minnesota.

Biles published “Generational Differences in Women’s Giving” in the AHP Journal. She has been involved in working with homeless men and women, Habitat for Humanity and the Diabetes Coalition, State of Oklahoma.
