Triple Shooting at The Point at Raiders Campus

Three people were rushed to the hospital and a gunman is on the run following a shooting at an apartment complex late Sunday night.

Police were dispatched to The Pointe at Raiders Campus Apartments, 2315 N. Tennessee Blvd. around 11:30 p.m., Sept. 22, and discovered three male victims suffering from gunshot wounds.

One victim was flown to Vanderbilt Medical Center via LifeFlight helicopter and another was taken by ambulance by personnel with Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services (RCEMS). Their conditions are currently unknown. The other victim was taken to Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital by RCEMS with minor injuries.

Detectives are interviewing witnesses trying to determine what lead up to the shooting.
