UFC Gym Murfreesboro is getting ready to open, and we got an exclusive sneak peek inside the massive new fitness facility located in the former YMCA building off Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro, Tennessee!
With a projected opening in mid-November 2026, this 41,000+ square-foot gym is bringing an incredible variety of fitness options to Rutherford County.
We sat down with Adam, CEO of UFC Gym Global, and local owner Carmine to learn more about the new facility, what members can expect, and why they chose Murfreesboro for this exciting new venture.
