Homeschool Creative Writing Class for Tweens

A proper writing class, free, on a Friday afternoon — aimed at homeschooled tweens but open to any writer aged 8 to 12.

The structure is the good part. First Fridays teach a new concept or skill; third Fridays are for bringing your work back and sharing it. That gives a young writer two weeks to actually do something with what they learned, which is more than most one-off workshops manage.

This is a first Friday, so the session is a teaching one — a sensible place to start if your child has never come before.
