Major Update on the Keystone Project in Murfreesboro

Big changes are coming to Northwest Broad Street as the massive $150 million Keystone Project begins taking shape. Spanning from Vine Street to Church Street, this development will be completed in three phases:

• Phase 1: 26,000 sq. ft. of commercial space + 239 multifamily units ✅ (Fully funded)
• Phase 2: 3,000 sq. ft. of retail + 100 condos 🏢 (Pre-sales needed)
• Phase 3: 115-room hotel + 7,100 sq. ft. of retail 🏨 (Future development)

The project will also include two parking garages with over 700 total spaces to help ease downtown parking needs. City Council is expected to review the final agreements in late August or mid-September.
