Global Voices Poetry Event Brings Cultures Together on MTSU Campus

At the center of MTSU's campus, voices from around the world came together through poetry.

The Department of World Languages recently hosted its annual Global Voices Poetry Reading event, where students and faculty shared poems in both their original languages and translated versions.

The event celebrated cultures, languages, and human connection through spoken word, while also giving students a chance to build confidence, express themselves, and step outside their comfort zones.
