Murfreesboro families interested in learning more about Discovery School's admissions process and educational opportunities are invited to attend an upcoming Parent Information Meeting.
The first session will be held Thursday, Nov. 5 at 6 p.m. and will provide families with an overview of the school's academic programs, admissions requirements, and application process. A second information session will be offered Thursday, Dec. 10 at 3:30 p.m. via Zoom.
Applications for incoming students for the 2027-28 school year will open Dec. 1, 2026. In addition to kindergarten enrollment, spaces are available at all grade levels, with additional openings currently available in Third and Fourth Grade.
As a nationally recognized academic magnet school, Discovery School offers innovative learning experiences that foster creativity, leadership, problem-solving, and academic excellence. Students benefit from engaging STEAM-based instruction, technology integration, robotics, arts programs, clubs, and a variety of enrichment opportunities designed to help them discover and develop their unique talents.
