Super Gross Science at Smyrna Public Library
September 3 @ 3:15 pm - 4:00 pm
Free
Somebody at Smyrna Public Library worked out that elementary-age children will absorb an enormous amount of real science if you lead with the disgusting parts. Super Gross Science is the result.
Forty-five minutes, hands-on, aimed squarely at elementary students, and calibrated to produce the noise a room of eight-year-olds makes when something is both revolting and fascinating.
When: Thursday, September 3, 2026, 3:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Where: Smyrna Public Library
Ages: Elementary school
Cost: Free.
It lands right after the school bell, which makes it an easy add to a Thursday afternoon rather than a whole outing to plan.
